Steps To Reproduce | As group admin role: Create a Contract Type and a Contract Invoice Schedule Create a Contract for a business partner Does not set the ending date nor the duration Set the Contract Type and Contract Invoice Schedule, add a record in the Invoice Plan Master (without ending date) and process it Launch the Update Invoice Plan process and check the following error message is shown: java.lang.Exception Define the ending date in the Invoice Plan Master Launch the Update Invoice Plan process again and check the same error message is shown as the Cover To date is null | |||||||

The problem is that the instance doesn't have installed the Service Contract Management Template, so some of the validations run when processing the contract are not executed. Please install the Service Contract Management Template and everything will work fine. Note: in the Service Contract Management module's help you can read: [...] Please do not install this module directly, but the Service Contract Management Template that includes this module and other important configuration features. |
