0030817: Translation incomplete in windows "Add Payment" and "Add Payment Details"

DescriptionMissing label translations in windows invoice button "Add Payment" and in Payment in "Add Payment Details", in standard pi and localization.

It happens in ticket 38242 and in ticket 37659 from support.
Steps To ReproduceInstall spanish translation pack over pi, and go to windows in description.
