0030776: Backdated Transactions Fixed check-box not shown for the modules that does not support this function.

Steps To ReproduceInstall FIFO Costing Algorithm.

Navigate to Costing Rule window and create a new one for "FIFo Costing Algorithm"

Realize that "Backdated Transactions Fixed" check-box is shown regardless it is not supported for this module.
Proposed Solution"Backdated Transactions Fixed" feature is now only supported by "Average" costing algorithm, therefore it should be managed somehow that "costing algorithm" related modules do not supporting this feature hide this check-box.
