0030651: LogClient shouldn't be sent to the backend from the Web POS login window

Description

The log client information is continuously sent to the backend. This is correct. However, it seems that a request is also made when the user has still not logged in. This is not correct, as because of the fact that there is no session, the request will always fail, and it's a waste of network bandwith (in many cases very significant).

Steps To Reproduce

- Go to the Web POS.
- Verify that the log client is sent.
