0030186: Allow defining unit of messure on a way that does not allow using decimales on the webpos

DescriptionRight now it is possible to use decimals when defining the quantity for product using unit that can not be sell partially, for example a bottle.
You can sale 0.5 of a bottle.

It should be good to prevent using decimals on some cases.

Proposed SolutionAdd a check on the definition of the unit of messure to specify if allow using decimals or not when defining the quantity.
