0029085: I would be nice to include "Payment Monitor" section in Order document

DescriptionNow that you are able to directly run "Add payment" process from order document, it would be nice to also have Payment Monitor section to directly review that information
Steps To Reproduce1. Access Sales Order window and realize that there is no Payment Monitor section
