0027479: It would be fine if the values shown when assigning an outbound picking list to a user could be filtered

DescriptionIt would be fine if the values shown when assigning an outbound picking list to a user could be filtered. Currently all the users with a username that belong to the natural tree of the organization are shown
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Define a storage bin as outbound
   Create a sales order for that warehouse, book it and generate an outbound picking list
   Navigate to the Warehouse Picking List and click on Assign
   Check the list shown in the Employee combo box shows all the active users with a username
TagsNo tags attached.
