0027198: Add the capability to set transactions not to be shown in the report

DescriptionAdd the capability to set transactions not to be shown in the report. For example, if you dont want to post some transactions (invoices, for example), although the rest of the trasactions has been posted. In this case, you don't want to get those transactions in the report.
