DescriptionOpenbravo currently allow entering a "Delivery Location" on the sales orders, but sales taxes are always based on the Partner Address
Steps To ReproduceIn F&B EspaƱa organization, create a customer which does have:
An Invoice Address in Spain
A Shipment Address 1 in France
A Shipment Address 2 in Mexico

Issue a sales order for this customer.

Realize that the field Invoice Address is populated with the spanish invoice address and the field Partner Address is populated with first shipment address above.

Enter shipment address 2 in the field "Delivery Locacation".

Enter a product and realize that the sales taxes entered are based on the shipment address entered in the field "Partner Address" while those should be based on the deliver location if any.
