Description

We should avoid to open a till when a till is closed in backend

Steps To Reproduce

-Working with 2 browsers
-Login in one of them
-Close the till from the server side
-Login in the other browser in the same terminal.

You will see that a new till is created and if you do the cash up in that terminal the cash up will be assigned to the first till. This is completely wrong.
