Steps To ReproduceEnter a wrong NOI to a Business Partner.

Launch 340 tax form. You will get below error. See image.

End-user does not have a clue about what could be failing.

Proposed SolutionWe need to improve the error message by saying that a wrong NOI has been set for Business Partner whatever.
