0026018: It would be nice to be able to apply one-time discounts at invoice's line

DescriptionIn the same way that user is able to define specific "Discount %" at order's line, it would be nice to be able to also apply one-time discount at invoice's line
Steps To ReproduceAccess Sales Invoice Line or Purchase Invoice Line window and realize that "Discount %" field is not available
