0025762: To be able to set a table /tabledir columns as unique relative to its master tab if exists.

DescriptionIt would be nice if we would be able to set a table / tabledir column as unique relative to its master tab if exists, then the combo box should only be filled out with the remaining values.

Related to 25678 issue.
