0025716: Preference to set the default value for warehouse picking generation pop-up

DescriptionIt would be nice to have a preference that allows the user to set the preferred option selected by default when generating a picking list.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a sales order and book it
2) Click on the "generate pick list" button
3) Notice that the "Direct Picking List to Customer" is always the default option
