0025039: It would be nice to be able to easily customize "Add transaction" grid by resizing or moving columns

DescriptionIt would be nice to be able to easily customize "Add transaction" grid by resizing or moving columns
Steps To Reproduce1. Access Financial Account window and run "Add transaction" process.
2. Realize that you are not able to drag and drop columns or modify column's size
Proposed SolutionInstead of generate a manual grid it should be a smartclient grid
