0024760: Wrong assumption of pre-payment when posting transactions

DescriptionWhen comparing the invoice date and the payment date to know if its a pre-payment, the dates should be truncated to dates and not hours:minutes, because unexpected behaviour can happen.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a POS sales order with date 25-08-2013
Complete
The dateinvoiced and dateacct columns of the invoice have this format: DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS
Create a payment for this sales invoice. Date 25-08-2013
Process and deposit
post the transaction.
---> See that the system think its a prepayment
Proposed SolutionTruncate the dates before the comparison.
