0024562: It would be fine to be able to import assets with Depreciate = 'N'

DescriptionIt would be fine to be able to import assets with Depreciate = 'N'
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Try to import an asset and check that it is always imported as Depreciate = 'Y' (there is not option to define it) and the following fields are mandatory:
      CalculateTYpe
      DepreciationStartDate
   In the application, they should not be filled if the Depreciate checkbox is not selected
