Summary | 0024347: It will be fine to have the option to group or ungroup web POS lines
Description | It will be fine to have the option to group or ungroup web POS lines -For example, currently you need to decide if you want one product grouped or not in the ticket. This is a problem when you want to apply a discount to one one line only.
Steps To Reproduce | One example: The current behaviour of the web pos is: - I select a product A - A new row is created - I apply a discount to the product A - I add again the product A - An additional unity of the product is added to the same row and the discount is applied accordingly. That means: or you have grouped products or ungrouped products. This does not feel like really flexible, as you must configure all your products as non-grouped, althought in the 90% of the cases, you would like to have them grouped. The feature we request could solve that by separating grouped products in the case the price does not match the curent sales pricelist. Some examples: Two friends visit the beauty salon and each of them gets a manicure and buy 10 beauty products each. One of them is actually an employee of the beauty salon and therefore she has a 20% discount on all treatments, but she wants to pay for her friend too, which is no employee and gets no discount whatsoever. If all your products are grouped, you basically cannot do that. If all your products are ungrouped and assuming the two friends buy the 10 same products, you get a ticket with: - 1 manicure with 20% discount - 1 manicure without discount - 20 product lines With the feature we request, you would have: - 1 manicure with 20% - 1 manicure without discount - 10 product lines
