0024336: It would be nice to be able to define Payment Term with fixed date

DescriptionIt would be nice to be able to define Payment Term with fixed date
Steps To ReproduceCurrently, due date is calculated based on number of months or days from current date but user is not able to set fixed date, for example: 10 august (and will correspond current year or next one depending on creation date, but always day and month will be fixed)
