0024238: It would be fine to be able to use more than one costing rule in the same organization

DescriptionIt would be fine to be able to use more than one costing rule in the same organization. Example: Some manufacturing companies will choose standard costing for finished products and weighted average costing for raw materials
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role:
   Create a new costing rule and validate it
   Check that the previous costing rule is not used anymore
