0024206: Escalated privileges for some edit actions

DescriptionWhen editing a ticket, if the cashier does not have permissions to do certain actions like to remove a line or apply a discount. It should be possible to do these actions with the assistance of a supervisor showing a message for the supervisor username and password just to execute the action that requires supervisor privileges.
