0024135: Ability to change manually the status of a Gift card instance

DescriptionIn the current "Gift cards instance" window all fields are disabled. It can be interesting to be able to change some fields of a record like the status and the current balance.
It can be interesting also to create manually gift card instances without having to sell it first from Web POS.
