0023616: In General Ledger Report closing and opening entries should be shown grouped by account and showing the balance

Description

In General Ledger Report closing and opening entries should be shown grouped by account instead of grouped by credit and debit. And the balance of the account should be shown instead of the amount in the credit and debit

Steps To Reproduce

As group admin role:
   Look for an closing entry in the Accounting Transaction Details
   Launch the General Ledger Report
      From Date = To Date = date of the closing entry
      From Account = To Account = account that appears in the entry
    Check that two entries are shown in the report: one with credit amount and one with debit amount
