0023259: It would be nice to show Supplier Reference field in "Add Details" pop-up in Payment Out window

DescriptionSupplier Reference number is used in Openbravo as is not possible to duplicate DocumentNo field for same Org and Year. It would be nice to show Supplier Reference field in "Add Details" pop-up in Payment Out window, as it is showed in other processes such as "select Expected Payments" in Payment Proposal window.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create Payment Out, press Add details and realize that only Order No and Invoice No appear but no Supplier Reference No
