0023193: Sales Quotation screen to be added in the Sales roles in the F&B data

DescriptionRight now the Sales Quotation screen is not accessible with the following roles:
F&B España SA - Sales
F&B US Inc - Sales
Both roles should have access to the screen.
Steps To ReproduceGo to the latest version of Openbravo, go to a Sales role and search for the Sales Quotation screen
Proposed SolutionTo be added to both Sales roles
