0023073: Match process fails silently when importing transactions in closed period

Description

If the file you imported from your bank contains a transaction in a closed period, when you press the Match button, the Match window comes up but it is empty.

There is no error message, which makes it very difficult to understand what is happening.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Prepare the environment with the Advanced Matching Algorithm and Generic CSV Importer modules
2) Make sure that your 2012 periods are open and 2013 periods are closed
3) In a financial account, import the attached file that contains a transaction in 2012 and one in 2013.
4) Make sure to correct / complete the default business partner and to add a G/L Item to the imported records.
5) Press Match

The Match window is empty.

6) Delete the draft reconciliation record
7) Reactivate the imported file
8) Delete the 2013 transaction
9) Complete the imported file
10) Press match

7) Press Match

When trying to match an imported file that contains transaction in a closed period the following error message need to be displayed:

This bank statement contains transactions in a closed period. Please review the imported transactions and ensure that all corresponding periods are open.
