0022848: Modules naming guidelines mismatch

Description

Modules naming guidelines mismatch from current available modules naming (even from SLU).

For example, the current Tax configuration for Spain module is:
Taxes: configuration for Spain (Impuestos para España)
but looking at guidelines it should be:
Tax Configuration: $COUNTRY
this case:
Tax Configuration: Spain

Nonetheless, the current module respect documentation about how to write a Tax module at http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/How_to_create_a_Taxes_Module, [^]
specifically at section "Module definition" or image http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/File:LocGuide_Taxes_60.png [^]
