0022697: It would be nice to develop AEAT 216 and AEAT 296 models for Openbravo

DescriptionBoth models are related with "Renta de no Residentes" information.
Steps To ReproduceIt would be necessary to develop:
- New taxes dataset to include taxes for "Renta de no Residentes"
- New models (and required functionality) to be able to generate them using Tax Report Launcher
