0022629: Intrastat: problems with the trigger

DescriptionIn this moment the trigger verifies that three addresses of an order are different than the organization's address.

This is not correct because the shipping address of a purchase should be the organization's address.

The trigger should not verify the shipping address.
Steps To Reproduce-As admin configure intrastat
-Introduce an address of Spain in a vendor
-With organization 'España' create an order
-Realize that the trigger does not create any line
