Warehouse Management -- > Setup --> Warehouse Rules. Should be renamed to "Warehouse Rule" Please pay attention to the documentation update after this change. I think due to the name change new pages would be created. So links to old pages need to be updated to point to the new ones (can be done automatically, Asier can help).
