Summary | 0002255: Wrong Sales Order Printed
Description | Hi I;m experiencing a strange thing when attempting to print a sales order .via the print icon. I enter a new order, and a line item. Then I attempt to print it. But what is converted to PDF is an order that I have never entered and is not even from the current client. Attached is the PDF Report, and screen prints of the order header and line information I entered. If this is not a bug, is there an explanation of how this could occur?

Logged In: YES user_id=1871571 Originator: NO I am not able to reproduce this bug. There is a bug in this report (1818445) and it always prints using the invoice template rather than the sales order template but the data is correct. I am testing using 2.35 and I recommend upgrading to this production version. |
