In all windows in Openbravo you can only use an organization with set as ready = Y

Steps To Reproduce

Go to Organization
-Create a new organization
   - Search key: prueba
   - Name:prueba
   - Organization type= Legal with accounting
   - Allow Period Control = Yes
   - Calendar: Calendario España
   - Summary level=yes
-Create a new organization
   - Search key: prueba1
   - Name:prueba1
   - click in tree button and drag prueba1 to F&B International Group

Logout and login

Go to business partner and create new:
-Organization: prueba1
-Search key: prueba1
-Commercial name: prueba1
-Business Partner category: Customer - Tier 1

Go to accounting schema and create new
-Organization = *
-Name= prueba account

Go to organization
-click in tree button and drag prueba1 to prueba
-Select org schema tab, and create new
   - accounting schema: prueba account
-select prueba and click in set as ready
-select prueba1 and click in set as ready

Go to business partner, select prueba1 notice that the business partner category is from F&B International Group organization
