0020616: Terminology: Accounting Tree should be renamed to Chart of Accounts

DescriptionIn Openbravo we use the term "Accounting Tree" to store the chart of accounts. This is not an industry standard term and causes difficulties for new users.

It should be renamed "Chart of Accounts".
