0020256: Sales Order: Discount does not get displayed in discount tab upon completion

DescriptionSales Management || Transactions || Sales Order || Header >> Discounts

Discounts are not displayed upon completion of the Sales Order.

This might be related to issue 11728 that was fixed, where discount was applied multiple times when changing order type from quotation to standard order.
Steps To ReproduceEnter discount in the BP discount tab
Enter a Sales order for that BP with lines. Complete the order.
