Summary

0020198: Enable possibility to generate shipments and invoices with qty higher to order qty

DescriptionCurrently, in sales flow is not possible to generate shipment and invoices with higher qty than associated to order's qty.

It would be very useful to enable this possibility at Client level (in the same way that "Allow negative stock" is) to decide if this behaviour is allowed or not. By default this possibility will not be allowed so system will continue working as it does.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create Sales Order for any org and BP and add line for any product with qty=1. Process order
2. Create Goods Shipment for same org and BP and run "Create Lines from". Select previous line and add it to shipment
3. Go to Shipment's line and modify qty=2
4. Try to save and error will be raised "Movement Quantity is greater than the Ordered Quantity."

Same behaviour when trying to create Sales Invoice
