0020006: It would be nice have a Draft status in payments

DescriptionWhen you reactivate a payment, its lines dissapear. So, it is very cumbersome add these details again. It would be nice have a draft status in order to avoid this
Steps To ReproduceAs admin go to the payment
add details
reactivate it
realize that its lines deissapear
