0019681: The window 'Processing' does not dissapear when you import or vaildate a file

DescriptionThe window 'Processing' does not dissapear when you import or vaildate a file. If you close the window and you open it again you are able to see that the process has finished.
Steps To ReproduceAs admin try to import the file attached (Entity: journalentry)
