0019471: Possibility to filter in "Select Expected Payments" selector in Payment proposal window

DescriptionPossibility to filter in "Select Expected Payments" selector for whatever field in Payment proposal window as other grid view in all Openbravo 3.0 windows.
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role,
Go to Payment proposal window,
  - Create a new register
  - Click Select expected payments button
We cannot filter any field in all the table.
Proposed SolutionIt should be fine to filter any field as other grid view in Openbravo's application
