0019383: Different prices for a product depending on the quantity ordered

DescriptionIt is very common in distribution to have different prices for the same product depending the quantity ordered. It should be fine consider the idea of including this scaled prices in the price list for each document.
Steps To ReproduceThis functionality does not exist in Openbravo

In 3.0MP17 was delivered the Discounts and Promotions functionality that might cover this Functional Requirement.
