0018931: It should be possible to define different rounding methods for different taxes

DescriptionSometimes, for different taxes, the rounding method needs to be different.

Steps To Reproducesometimes it is needed to round 26.115 to 26.12, sometimes it is needed to round it to 26.00, etc..
It depends on the tax.
Proposed SolutionCreate a new tab in Tax where the rounding method can be defined.
