0018220: Tax payment window need diferent columns

DescriptionTax payment window need diferent columns.

In the header:
-it doesn't appear "total base amount" and it will be interesting to fill the 303 model.
-it appear things that there are not interesting: page number and last register amount
Steps To ReproduceGo to "Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Transactions || Tax Payment || Header" and see the columns.
