The problem is a miss-rename of the field, it is a Price List Schema (M_DISCOUNTSCHEMA) which IS mandatory in this table and that's how it should be named but it is not a Price Adjustment (M_OFFER) which doesn't appear in that window.

Anyway you have to change the name of the window and also the name of the field
