| Summary | 0017400: It is not possible save a line for a product with UOM | |||||||
| Description | It is necessary to active the tab 'UOM' of the product window. If you add a UOM to a product, you are not able to save an order's line. This error appears: ERROR: el nuevo registro para la relación «c_orderline» viola la restricción check «c_orderline_check1» The problem is that the field 'Order UOM' (not displayed) has the value assigned in the product window but the field Order Quantity is empty. This is why the restriciton 'c_orderline_check1' is violated. | |||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | - As Admin add a UOM in one product. - Create an order with this product. - Save the line - Display 'Order UOM' and 'Order Quantity'. - realize that 'Order UOM' has a value and 'Order Quantity' not. | |||||||
| Proposed Solution | In Openbravo 2.50 you are able to select an empty value in Order UOM. If the field has an empty value by default this problem will resolve. | |||||||

This is not actually an issue. Management of secondary UOM is hidden by default in 3.0. To enabled it again it is required to do the following actions: Enable UOM tab in Products window. Enable Conversion tab in UOM window. Enable Order Quantity and Order UOM fields in Order lines tab If only the UOM tab is enabled the management of secondary UOM will not work properly. |
