0017228: Demo data: there is no procure role

DescriptionThe roles in the demo data should be aligned with the quickstart 2 processes. For the Procure to Pay process we should have a Procure role.

In the training so far I had students execute an exercise to create the role. However, it happened that a student got the defaults of the role messed up and couldn't get back into the application.

Therefore we need the procure role to be added to the demo data of F&B
Steps To ReproduceUsing the F&B International Group Admin role:
Go to the Role screen:
Create a new record
Client = F&B International Group,
Organization = *,
Name = F&B US, Inc. - Procure,
User Level = Client+Organization,
Manual checkbox = selected,
Client Administrator = not selected,
Save Record
Now you give access to the whole procurement module by clicking the Grant Access button
Module = Procurement Management,
Access to = All,
Click the OK button
In the tabs [Window Access], [Process Access], etc. the records related to procurement management are listed.
Go to the [Process Access] tab. As a purchaser, the stock report would be used to execute the job. Currently it is not listed, so it needs to be added.
Create a new record,
Process = Stock Report,
Active checkbox = selected,
Editable field checkbox = not selected,
Save record
This role will be used in the US only and the user level client+organization was selected, so now the organizations for which the role has access need to be defined:
Go to [Org Access]
Create a new record
Organization = F&B US, Inc.,
Organization Administrator checkbox = not selected,
Create a new record
Organization = F&B US East Coast,
Organization Administrator checkbox = not selected,
Create a new record
Organization = F&B US West Coast,
Organization Administrator checkbox = not selected,
Save the record
Looking in the grid view the role now has access to the three US organizations.
Now that the role exists, the openbravo user needs to get access to this role:
Go to the [User Assignment] tab
Create a new record:
Client = F&B International Group,
Organization = *,
User/Contact = Openbravo,
Active checkbox = selected,
Role Administrator checkbox = not selected,
Save the record
