0016894: The window 'Field Sequence' is not in the application

DescriptionThis window was very useful to manage the fields in an easy way. It makes sense that this window appears in Openbravo 3.

Steps To ReproduceAs System Administrator go to Windows, tabs and fields and go to tab.
Realize that the tab 'Field Sequence' does not appear.
