0016820: Error in import process if exists more than one account with the same account no. (even in different clients)

Description

When importing the Cuaderno 43 file if exists more than one account with the same account no. (even in different clients) the process fails with the following message:
Error en la cuenta bancaria. La cuenta bancaria (2054-0246-1234567890) no coincide con la cuenta destino (2054-0246-1234567890)

Steps To Reproduce

1) Install Cuaderno43 module and apply the dataset
2) Go to Financial Account window and create two accounts
Name: Test1
Bank Code: 2054
Branch Code: 0218
Partial Account No: 9129249788

Name: Test2
Bank Code: 2054
Branch Code: 0218
Partial Account No: 9129249788

3) Go to Test2 Financial Account || Transactions tab
4) Click on Import Bank Statement button
5) Select Cuaderno 43 and the attached file
6) Click on Ok button

Proposed Solution

Create a new message when the account is duplicated:
Cuentas bancarias duplicadas. La cuenta bancaria (2054-0246-1234567890) está duplicada.
