0001648: The Daily Work Requirement Report has fixed height phases

DescriptionDescription:
The Daily Work Requirement Report has a fixed height for each phase

Enviroment:
OS: CentOS
DB: Oracle SE
Browser: FF2
Openbravo: 2.32
Language: Spanish

Steps:
1. Go Production > Analysis Tools > Daily Work Requirement Report
2. Open the report, look the lines of the phases, all has the same height (see attach). This is a bug because if a different from the rest of the reports.
