0016070: Wrong behaviour in discount sales order lines

Description

When completing a order with a related discount the discount order line has not information about business partner and business partner location, so its imposibe to update the infortion of this lines since there are mandatory fields

Steps To Reproduce

- Create a sales order with one line.
- Add a discount in the the discount tab.
- Complete the order, you'll see that there is one line related with the discount.
- Notice that in this lines the business partner and the business partner location fields are empty.
- For instance it is imposible to change the deliveryy date.
