0015407: Instance purpose, Heartbeat and Registration windows do not follow a logic flow

DescriptionThe current sequence of popups that are displayed at the first login to the ERP does not follow a logic flow. Depending of what you do, you can get different responses from the system.
Steps To ReproduceOpen a fresh copy of Openbravo. You are prompted to choose an instance purpose. If you close the window, you can start to operate the system. However if you choose an option, you got the Heartbeat window.
And then, depending what button you choose in Heartbeat, you may get the Registration window or not.
Proposed SolutionThe sequence should follow a predictable flow. If the user does not feel the logic beneath the windows display, the user experience will be diminished.
