0014684: Cosmetic Problems in RC3

DescriptionFor some reason RC3 shows regression in visual design implementation of the GUI, in other words: some elements look worse than in RC2. Examples are:

The quickLaunch button bounding box does not close at top
Hovering Application in top nav menu: the bottom line has disappeared
Auto-suggest field/dropdown in quickLaunch menus is shorter than before
Font of label of Auto-suggest field/dropdown in quickLaunch menus has changed
TagsNo tags attached.
